Dulloo provides a simple and secure platform for international money transfers (“Service”). Users can send funds from the United States to designated recipients abroad, with Dulloo ensuring that the corresponding amount is delivered safely and efficiently to the recipient in the foreign country.
Transfer Limits:
Minimum per transaction: $30 USD
Maximum per transaction: $2,999 USD
Maximum per month (per user): $10,000 USD
Fees:
Service Fee: 1% of the transaction amount, with a minimum fee of $1.99 USD
Fixed Transaction Fee: $0.60 USD per transaction, regardless of the amount
Taxes may vary depending on the recipient’s country. Users are responsible for verifying applicable taxes at the time of each transaction.
Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
Account Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Compliance: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and sanctions.
All Dulloo operations in the United States are carried out by our trusted partners, Checkbook.IO and Plaid.

Dulloo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in the jurisdiction where Dulloo is incorporated.
